7:30pm – 8:30pm – ICVM SNACK N’ CHAT SOCIAL – Come meet the other early arrivals, many from overseas, who arrive today. Great snacks and coffee provided!

12:30pm – 2:20pm – MEET EVERYONE IN 30 SECONDS! – A quick, fun way to learn who’s who at the conference. Quick introductions of all attendees!
2:30pm – 2:50pm – FIRST TIMERS MEET-UP – First time attending? This is a brief but valuable way to learn how to make the most of the conference!

10:00am – 12:30pm – KEEP IT REEL SHOWCASE– (Formerly our ‘Popcorn Night’) This gives attendees who sign up in advance up to 5 minutes to show a trailer or demo about their film project or themselves! (slots are limited and fill up fast). Be on stage or in the audience and find people or projects you want to be involved with!

2:30pm – 5:00pm – INVESTORS LIONS DEN – Wildly popular last year, we’ve brought it back! A Shark-Tank-like event that brings Christian investors together to take a few Christian film-related business presentations. If you aren’t on-stage pitching, you will still learn a bundle about what investors want and need to be able to consider your project! We need to learn what investors need from us in order to make more – and better – films, and to secure investment in faith-based film companies!
5:00pm – 5:45pm – COOKIES & CONTACTS WITH LIONS DEN DFW – Join in for a meet-and-greet with the investors and staff from Lion’s Den DFW. Enjoy yummy cookies and get some new contacts in the financial side of the world!

You choose a limited number who you feel are best for your finished film, and you get 5 minutes one-on-one to get interest, or get a deal, or just leave with a new relationship! Deals are made here!
